| Position | Prabhat swam the first leg of the Ocean7 challenge set by Marathon swimming federation, California. Prabhat crosses the English Channel at 16years of age very few swimmers succeed to cross the English Channel in teenage. |
About Event
After passing through the British shipping lane and only entering the French shipping lane, the Viking Princess and her escorting boat experienced a breakdown due to a large rope being wound around the propeller of the boat. Prabhat was swimming around the boat until the pilot, Mr. Reg Brickell, was able to fix the problem. Mrs. Sally Minty Gravette was available on the boat to serve as the swim’s chief crew member.
This event took Prabhat 13 hours and 14 minutes to complete.
